Capital Structure Spreading & Seniority
Hey guys,
Have a question regarding Offering Memorandums. Not really my area of expertise, can someone give some tips on how to quickly find key details in an OM to locate the latest capital structure?
I want to spread the structure to capture:
- Seniority
- Secured vs unsecured
- Maturity date
- Principal amount
- Spring forward / springer
- Any lease or other debt
Apologies as this may be a basic task to people in credit but would be very helpful to have some guidance.
