Interviewing for a position, being asked about comp in the final round which is coming up next week. Heard from the HH that there will be a small carry amount as part of the total comp package.
What's a realistic allocation here?
Fund is in the small - mid-cap segment. Comp in line with the market.
I got 50 bps in a small fund coming in as an analyst. Four year vesting, one year cliff. I don’t know what market is since my network are all associates at larger funds.
