Their portfolio is struggling - look at their nonaccruals over the past couple quarters. The BDC is underperforming other similar comps in the market. Folks internally say workload is not manageable and there’s concern with the founders leaving and Sunlife taking over. Some big egos at the top who can’t see the forest from the trees and are reportedly tough to deal with. It’s sad because they did so well for so many years under Attanasio and team, but now with most of them gone, who knows. Take everything with a grain of salt since I’ve only heard this from other people, but the data and facts should raise some concern. Don’t know much about the LA office, but know NYC was tough and has been a bit of a revolving door
