Fund of Fund vs Direct Comp
Am interviewing with a large MM FoF platform (10bn AUM) in its PD team (2.5bn AUM with only 4 people, I would be the 5th) and a small but growing LMM PD fund (200m AuM), which started raising 2nd fund and has a strong PE fund as its "mother organization".
Just wondering where I could expect higher total comp in the long-term.
