Highest-Paying Private Credit shops
1st year analyst on a "TacOpps" team at a MF interested in making the move to private credit. Would love to know which firms pay most competitively at the associate, VP, MD level. Have spoken with recruiters and it seems like the top end for ASO1 is $300-$350.
Hm - curious as to why you would want to move to PC from TacOps. Does your team cover both liquid and illiquid? Just wondering as I’m in PC, looking to switch to a hybrid strategy
