Moving out of CLO analyst seat
I have been at a top-tier CLO manager for ~5 years as an analyst and I’m interested in moving elsewhere in the credit world. Specifically, looking at L/S credit, distressed and private credit roles. All different, but potentially more interesting and lucrative than CLOs. Does anyone who has made this type of transition have any insight? Any thoughts on what might be a good next step for career trajectory?
