Moving Upmarket in Credit
How hard is it for a VP or Principal at a small private credit / opportunistic credit fund to move to a larger or more prominent one after a few years of experience there? Is it like the PE market where it's most common for people to move laterally or to smaller funds over time, and recruiting upmarket is challenging?
