Depends on which office. NY is direct and secondaries PE. Philly is primarily coinvestments with some FoF

Is the NY office for lack of a better term "prestigious" - as in good exit opps, culture? Would appreciate any insights!

Any idea what comp and career progression is like in the Philly office?  I have to assume it pays at a discount to NY?

Same pay and progression as secondaries team in NY. More relaxed atmosphere in Philly but it comes at the cost of not being around too many other finance opportunities.
