MS Investment Management Summer Analyst Program - Private Credit & Equity
Can anybody shed light on what this program at MS is about? Is it essentially the PE division of MS? Comp, potential exit opps, culture? Thanks.

Depends on which office. NY is direct and secondaries PE. Philly is primarily coinvestments with some FoF.
Is the NY office for lack of a better term "prestigious" - as in good exit opps, culture? Would appreciate any insights!
All groups are pretty prestigious within their respective investment areas. Decision should come down to your long-term interests. Do you want to do MM PE, co-investments, or secondaries?
Any idea what comp and career progression is like in the Philly office? I have to assume it pays at a discount to NY?
Same pay and progression as secondaries team in NY. More relaxed atmosphere in Philly but it comes at the cost of not being around too many other finance opportunities.
Any insight into what that comp is at different levels? Could make out well with Philly CoL.
