I just found out that I got into the program. Does anyone have any insight about the benefits or if it leads to any long time recruiting advantages down the line? Thanks in advance!

Did the same program two years ago. Literally no guaranteed interview, just a "get to know the firm" program. Waste of time imo.
How were the credit investing workshops? For someone who is interested in working in credit, are they educational at least, or more focused on “this is what X fund at Oaktree does?”
