Recruiting Market in PC?
For those currently recruiting for PC roles, how are things going? Have quality roles been hard to come by? I spoke to a HH in Sept and they mentioned more roles were opening up. I've heard mixed things from a few peers but wanted to gauge the room.
Thanks!

From my perspective it's slow, at least compared to earlier in the year. Been looking at the sr associate level for about a month in NYC. Pretty solid network / connected with a good number of HHs. Lots of HHs either have nothing, or opportunities are not great (e.g. lots of roles outside of the city). Curious what others are seeing.
No lateral hiring for us - new pipeline slow but consistent. I think lateral market is really hard unless at highest level or high turnover shop like MS
MS PC ?
yea msim PC, very lean and average pay which causes a lot of turnover
Dang those guys are cranking out a shit ton of credit this year
