Sourcing Private Capital In Today's Market

Might be a hail mary, but figured I'd give it a go.

We're an independent originator of leases & loans for transportation assets (on-balance sheet). Our current capital stack consists solely of banks, each with their own bi-lateral revolving facilities (secured by the underlying asset & contract, recourse to us with CGs and PGs). As liquidity becomes more of a premium without ancillary business, I feel we need to expand our funding sources to achieve our goals for growth. My questions are simple (and likely sound naive to most of this forum):

1) How do I go about finding and connecting with non-bank funding sources (private lenders)?

2) Is there even a market for this type of investment? Is it big enough to place a significant focus on?
