Understanding CLOs - question
Hi everyone,
I'm currently getting familiar with CLOs and have a question regarding the Dell LBO (cant post the sec link of the JPM document) . In the Sources & Uses table on page 16, there's a line called "New CLO". I'm trying to understand its meaning. Is this simply a loan that was securitized and then sold/managed within a CLO structure, hence being referred to as "new CLO"? Any insights on how this fits into the overall financing structure would be appreciated.
