Can we buy crypto or is it banned in banking?
Are we allowed to buy / sell crypto on Coinbase or other exchanges? I can't see how MNPI from M&A deals has any relevance to Bitcoin, so we should be able to like buy and sell bitcoin without the 30 day holding period right?
I would double check with your firms investing policies, but I know my BB doesn't require us to disclose crypto purchases / sells as long as it's not on a brokerage account like Robinhood. I personally use Coinbase and Gemini, but I would be careful with some of the currencies like XRP since it could potentially be considered a security in the future.
