Event contracts are the best uncorrelated asset for trading on what you believe

A big struggle for traders is the correlation between cryptocurrencies and traditional equities. A month ago, Bitcoin and S&P 500 inflation hedges looked appealing. With a fear of interest rates and an overheating economy, markets are bearish across the board.

Luckily, there’s an asset class uncorrelated to market sentiment. Regulated by the CFTC, Event Contracts allow you to buy “Yes” or “No” shares on whether events will happen. As the event becomes more likely to happen, the value appreciates.

We use the Kalshi Exchange to trade these Event Contracts.
