Hiring Associate @ Crypto Startup (funded $30m by A16Z, Bain, Coinbase)

Hey folks, been a while. I lead Strategy/Biz Dev for one of the "top" startups in crypto -- building lending/borrowing technology infrastructure for crypto/digital assets. We are a team of 11 (you can have huge impact) that just raised $30 million from A16Z, Bain, Coinbase, Polychain, Paradigm, Dragonfly -- basically every prominent investor with a crypto focus. We are a market leader, with a huge warchest, and an even bigger vision.

We're looking to build out the Strategy/Biz Dev function and looking for a super hungry, growth-mindset, detail-oriented, smart, and organized Analyst/Associate to join the team. As a former investment banking analyst, I believe the i-banking analyst skillset is a perfect fit.
