Calculating Enterprise Value from EBITDA and Revenue?

I went for an interview recently, and I was given a case study where I had 4 years of historical EBITDA margins and revenue. Was asked to project revenue and EBITDA out 3 years, which was no problem.

Then I was asked to guess a range of enterprise values for the company. I did not have any other information, and I did not have the company's balance sheet or stock information. What would the best way be to solve this? I was too gobsmacked to ask the interviewer how to solve it, and simply guessed numbers before moving on.
