Fidelity-Equity Research Associate

Hello guys, I have a couple questions about possibly working at Fidelity as an EQR. I am currently working at EY in the structured finance department and well... it’s shit work. I really want a role where I can use some brainpower to excel and I think equity research might be the place for me. I got an email about a position in Boston after applying a couple months ago and they want to do a call with me. I would love some insight on what the interview process at fidelity looks like. I could also use some pointers on what they are looking for, this is an entry level position but I’ve read most people at fidelity for EQR start around 70K? I can say anything above 50K would be a big boost in pay for me. Feel confident about interviewing but not too confident about my profile as I went to a random school in San Antonio and my GPA was 3.4. Am I even going to be seriously considered? Thanks WSO!
