Is Express IPO worth buying into? I think so.

Express Parent is going IPO tomorrow. It's trading at $17, below the $18-$20 initial offer range.

This will be having a PE ratio of 22, which is lower than Abercrombie & Fitch with PE 43, J Crew, Urban Outfitters...

Even if the market conditions aren't great, I can see this stock going up 10-20%. What do my investing buddies here think.

Without looking at Express's financial data, it's hard to comment; however, I don't think Express is in the same class as Abercrombie, J Crew, or Urban Outfitters. Express is a poor man's Zara IMO; I've walked into Express before and been disgusted by the quality of people and products in the store.

If you read any IPO theory, typically they (IPO's) under-perform the market, given a 1-5 year range.
