Are boutonnieres appropriate for work?
I recently got promoted to VP at MS, and I was just wondering if a boutonniere is too "out there". I have seen lawyers wear them occasionally, but never people in finance.

Have never seen anyone wear a boutonniere in the office with their suits. Closest thing would be a flag pin or a poppy if you're in Canada/UK
Would definitely avoid wearing them if I were you.
If you're a VP you've clearly seen that it's not really a thing to wear one. No harm done I suppose if you do but why do so at work?
