Barclays Capital - Terms of interviews?
Hi, I was wondering if any one on this board works/has worked for Barclays on this board that can pm. I might have an interview in the next few days.......and was wondering if any one can tell me what they look for in terms of interviews.

I just interviewed with them for Summer S/T, got to the final round but no offer. The interviewers were really nice, and I will def keep in touch with the folks to give it another shot for FT opportunities.
Interviews were mostly fit (why finance, why S/T, etc). Also be prepare to have couple stock pitches, both long and short. And of course, be prepare to talk about what is going on in the market especially with what's going in Europe. Good luck!
