Emma Willis (Jermyn Street) does some really nice ones, but her shirts are like £200 off the peg.
Tbh for a custom shirt any of the shops on Jermyn Street will sort you out for around that sort of money. Turnbull and Asser, New and Lingwood, Emmett, and Hilditch and Key are where I'd start.
I've not heard great things about Indochino.
