Best Mattress for IB?
Given we likely spend 2/3rds of our day working and the other 1/3rd of our day sleeping, what the best mattress you used that helps with back support, quality sleep etc while working a stressful job like IB? Will be moving in a week and need a new mattress. Thank you in advance.

The need for a good, quality mattress for a good night sleep is just a gimmick the "luxury mattress brands" tell you so that you give them your money.
Regardless, alphas don't need comfort and there are no betas in banking. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and have them cut you a nice 60" x 80" piece of wood.
No bed, always stand. Close eye. THEN OPEN and resume work.
