Bold or Curve?

Looking at new phones. Going to leave AT&T (I have the euro E71) and am going with Sprint. What is more efficient, the blackberry bold or the blackberry curve? I would basically just need something that can load excel spreadsheets and word documents.

cant go wrong with either its the same phone with different names, but the bold is a little more powerful/ snazzy, functional.

Skip the Curve entirely; I have one, and it blows. The Bold would be your best Blackberry bet, but the Droid is significantly better IMO.

Go with the bold-- the only drawback i have heard is that people who have been using berrys for a while like the curve keyboard better

That's really interesting as I have a european E71 now and the only problems I have with are the low processor speed and camera quality, both which were improved on the E72.

I suppose everyone here would choose a Bold over an iPhone? That's actually the main dilemma. Sprint seems like an obvious choice with the good pricing plan and although Apple royally screwed up with the new phone and their PR situation, I am still drawn to the phone of all phones.....I mean let's be honest, the camera shoots in 720p (Ducati made a video of their bikes racing on an iPhone 4).

I'm lovin' my HTC EVO 4G, but I realize you may not be in the market for such a phone. I would go with the Bold over the Curve, but they are so similar...and both BBs...so you can't really go wrong with either.

Haha, I just saw this is posted in the Fashion Forum. If you are going purely on looks, you should steer clear of the BlackBerry products. There are many better looking choices out there.

I had a curve and then a bold and now an Iphone. Get an HTC is you can. Curve has a better keyboard, bold has a better screen. Bold feels like a brick compared to the curve. Both suck for doing anything other than checking email. I am an Iphone freak, but I was playing with my girlfriends HTC EVO and absolutely love it. It is basically a mini computer. Blackberry is ancient man, take it from someone who has had 3 of them.

EVO is huge. Mine as well get an iPad. But I am re-approaching the iPhone 4. Perhaps I might just wait until they fix this wireless problem.

Go for HTC Evo. Its an amazing phone and you can get hotspot service in it too for very less amount. Works the best for keeping up with work while you are traveling. It has a bigger and better screen than most of the phones out there , helps bigtime for so many purposes.

hi i am a newbie i share my experience here i use a blackberry curve , it is easy to access its reliable in services which is complicated in other phones . i experienced with the unlocking facility ,i unlock my blackberry using codes from http://www.theunlockarena.com/ its simple ,it works good, i suggest this for you .
