Has anyone ever tried to buy in GBP from the US? I'm just wondering because the shirts aren't appropriately priced given the current USD:GBP exchange rate. It's like 17GBP versus $35 which obviously doesn't tie.
Kingtut, I have had no issues buying GBP vs US. All you need is a credit card that allows international transactions. No change in delivery time either.
What's the deal with this sale? Seems as if the company is going into liquidation...
Are the $39 - $59 shirts good quality? Sometimes these "great deals" are a result of sacrificed quality. Also, I'm guessing I will get the same prices at their stores as online? I def want to get the 140 thread-count white shirt but would like to see it in Midtown first.
I'm pretty sure if you order from the UK site from the US you will be charged VAT (about 20% I believe), which makes it more expensive that buying in USD.
The shirts are great, but unfortunately the cuts are misrepresented. I'm 6'2", 200 pounds, and their slim fit is not slim enough - I'm not even a very thin guy! Returned mine, and will wait for the next sale to try tailored fit.
I use to order CT shirts, i think they are decently made but as mentioned above, the fit is shit. Unless you are a major fatass, you are going to have a wind-sail at the waste... even with their "slim" fit. Do the brits really assume all Americans are sedentary fast food disposals?
