Let’s be honest.. the line between “smart casual” and “I just rolled out of bed with a MacBook” is getting thinner every year.

I’ve seen workplaces where hoodies and sneakers are the new suits, and others where a slightly wrinkled shirt gets side-eyed like you committed a crime.

So here’s the real question.. how casual is too casual in today’s business world?
If your company says “dress comfortably,” what does that actually mean? Are we talking polo and jeans.. or still button-up and loafers?

Personally, I think your outfit should say “I’m here to solve problems, not attend a fashion show” — but you can still keep it sharp. Clean shoes, decent fit, and a bit of personality go a long way.
