I'll add J Crew. They have good sales and a lot of pants in both regular and tall options. You could also do a maxi/midi skirt or dress depending on your office. I would say heels are definitely not mandatory. Flats and a block heel sandal should be more than enough.

The key to dressing for the office when you're tall is to find pieces that flatter your figure and are comfortable. Look for well-tailored pieces like blazers, trousers, or pencil skirts that have a slightly longer length so you don't feel restricted. Add a pair of heels to elongate your legs and finish off the look with a classic white shirt or blouse. For an extra stylish touch, try adding some bold accessories like statement earrings or a bright scarf.

Elie Tahari or Theory Outlet if you're on a budget. They will be long enough. Kobi Halperin's pants are also long enough on me without requiring further tailoring. Rag & Bone has some wool pants that are also pretty long while being slim on the waist.

If you can afford to splurge, I like Akris for office wear too. For reference, I am also the same height as you, 24" waist, 114 lbs, normally size 0.

Heels are also not necessary, I wear flats from Ferragamo and Aquazurra often. Some guys at work have actually commented that they feel emasculated by me when I wear heels.
