Do back office roles dress as formally as front office?
Going into the office for the first time at an IB in NYC. Trying to figure out what’s acceptable. From the few video calls I’ve had with people in the office, it seemed like the dress code for MO/BO is more laid back. Will likely come in in a dress/blazer on the first day at least. Any advice?
