As cold winter is fast approaching in NYC, I am thinking about buying this parka for everyday jacket. Do you think I can pull this off with a suit? or is this too casual?

It isn't my favorite, but sure. Nothing wrong with it.
I don't like the buttons and the material to be honest, but if you wear it on your way to the building and take it off before you walk in the lobby I think it'd be fine...Would recommend something wool based with a more fitting design.
This parka looks great!! Moreover it gives a more casual outlook that is said never be the best pair for your suit.
