Wear a suit & tie.
1) Find out what the interviewer will be wearing. 2) Don't come in more than 1 notch more formal than the interviewer. (i.e. if the interviewer wears a suit, match that. If the interviewer wears dress shirt and slacks, a jacket would be fine, but a suit is probably overkill.)
This will demonstrate situational awareness and a desire to communicate cultural fit.
