I just got my ears pierced , Obviously, apart from this month's period in a professional setting I intend to take them out however is there a stigma towards the holes alone?

All jokes aside, if you have the hole and no jewelry there, it's totally fine. Almost always there's no bias against the earring holes. Sometimes some folks may decide that they want to hold it against you but honestly if they do, you probably don't want to work at that place anyway.
