First Day Attire - Too Many Extra Things?
Thoughts on if this is too much for SA season day one in the way of accessories:
Watch - black face, black rubber band
Dark blue tie which has a crest pattern on it (firm colors are dark blue)
(maybe lighter) Blue pocket square
The pocket square is essential
Can’t forget the monocle and walking cane either. Remember this is banking, not kindergarten
...no accessories is a safe choice.
I mean... a tie and a watch are pretty safe though.

Go with the tie (easy to take off mid-day if it feels overdressed), skip the pocket square. Watch is fine, maybe rubber band together with a suit is not the best of combinations but work if you are athletic / adventurous ;)
Don't forget the medallion and a cock ring
