Good tailors in Washington D.C.?

I'm looking to tailor a couple of shirts and pants and want to look for places where I can get the most bang for my buck. Anyone know of any good tailors in DC who do good work for reasonable prices and who actually know what they're doing and won't scam you?

I'm mostly looking to slim my shirts to fit my body (width), shorten the sleeve widths (less poofy), shorten pants length, and maybe slim the pants width and suit jacket width to make it slimmer?

Any input is appreciated. Thank you!

i believe presidents get their suits tailored there...

personally, i've never been there, but I have friends who work at the hill and have said only positive things about this place.

Nice. There seems to be some disagreement on whether it's MTM or Bespoke, but I haven't heard anything bad about it yet and would be open to MTM especially at the lower price point.

This isn't anything in DC particularly...but if you are interested in custom shirts the company Epic Shirtmakers has a great product. Its not completely bespoke as you order online and put in all your adjustments; however, I have been extremely impressed with the product. I ordered one shirt first and then have ordered a few more recently. Check it out, most are under 100.
