What is the expected attire for a junior analyst/associate at a place like Citadel/P72/MLP? I've heard the rule that in hedge funds, "the more successful you are, the worse you dress" - but I think this is probably silly for someone so junior.
Should I dress the same as sell-side (nice button down, slacks and the occasional jacket), or can I get away with chinos and a polo + vest/sweater?
