Interview - collared shirt a must for women?

I have a consulting intern interview coming up soon. Is it a must that I have to wear a collared shirt? I'm thinking of wearing a 1 inch black leather heel, black skirt that comes up to my knees, and a dark red blazer. I need to pick a shirt, but does it have to be one of those cotton/stiffer collared shirts that look like the ones men wear?

I have some silk blouses like these in the photos - are they ok to wear instead? I know they might not be as "safe" but I feel more comfortable in them because these are what I wear every day.

Thanks in advance.
