First choice is to always go with grey if on a limited budget. If this is a second or third choice it’s ok- not great but ok color.

Just some charles tyrwhitt shirts with their deal. Bonobos weekday warrior pants, lulus or some nice looking chinos.
Honestly would spend the most on pants - shirts won’t last that long but pants are a good investment.
Shoe - just get a pair of black dress shoes from nordstrom rack that are comfortable

Navy and gray suits should be enough. Need maybe 5-8 dress shirts and a couple pairs of slacks. Some undershirts would be good as well
If you know your suit size, I would recommend looking on Ebay for some suits. I'm a poor student too, and I've been able to score 5 Brooks Brothers suits for under $250 total.
