light blue shirt + dark blue tie for interview?

Looking to hear some opinions on wearing the following to an interview:

Charcoal suit (tailored, so assume it fits well)

Pale blue dress shirt

Dark navy tie

Black oxfords / belt / watch

This is for an Associate level strategy role at a BB. Just not sure about the blue on blue. Personally I think it goes together fine, but wanted to hear other thoughts. Thanks!

I don't think it is bad, but I usually like to go for more contrast than blue on blue. Might come across a little too dark with the charcoal suit.

Maybe go white shirt?

Any combination of charcoal/navy solid suit, black/dark brown shoes, white/light blue solid shirt is fine. Pick a plain tie, just avoid the "power red" color. The key is conservative/bland. There are probably 50+ threads on this.
