Looking for a tier above SuitSupply and Indochino
I am a big fan of SuitSupply, have a strong relationship with my local store and for the price they have a nice broad selection of textures, materials, styles, fits; also have been loving their outerwear/sweaters. Shoes not so much.
Was thinking what the natural progression would be beyond suitsupply. Obviously I admire the Loro Piana / Zegna / BC / Tom Ford suits of the world but thosee are kind of out of my reach for now (if I want to be reasonable). I know you can get ProperCloth suits with LP fabric for example for $1-2k that might be an interesting option. Curious for those of you who are well versed in the space, what all do you defer to?
Pini parma (very cool suits), Enzo custom, spier and mckaye (not my style but to each their own), Samuelson, canali
Bryoni, Canali, J Hilburn (personally don’t own any but colleague does and I like)
In a similar spot and was going to check out Paul Smith, but they have limited locations in the US
