Made to Measure Suit suggestions for recent grad

I caught up with a family member over the holidays, and he shared that he will be moving to the greater DC area as he starts his career, however has only one suit (an off the rack Tommy Hilfiger he purchased a couple years back), and needs to upgrade his closet.

He is working with a budget of $1K, and is looking for two (preferrably) made to measure suits. Indochino and SuitSupply come to mind, however I'm curious to hear any first hand reviews of their products, or if their are other places he should consider.

Cheers,
