Four in hand so that you don’t look like a try hard. Bow tie only if you wear some driving mocs with no socks. The more exotic leather on those, the better.
Four in hand for most ties, half windsor if the tie is particularly slim. Most importantly I would focus on getting the dimple right, that's what makes all the difference between a good knot and an average one imho

agreed. when it works, it works. You ain't Reggie Browne though. Half windsor. Even the Nasdaq index guys rock that with their suits & dress sneakers. Also, this isn't prep school any more Blake, (god what a prep school name) grow up.
