One suit for IB SA?
Can I get by with one suit? How quickly do interns come in without suits/ when would an intern ever need a suit?
How do most interns dress typically? Just a dress shirt?

if you are in SF or Chicago for sure. Will let someone opine on NY. I didn't wear a suit a single day of my internship except the first one

SF Tech group. Jeans every day with a collared button down shirt and Patagonia vest when it was cooler
Two suits. You will be eating at the desk, and will spill on yourself (if you are me).
You will only need a suit for your first day, maybe last day and any projects you present as part of the internship program. Other than that, you will never have to wear a suit.
One is definitely enough. Highly recommend a Suit Supply Napoli in Navy. Will last you a very very long time and will work with any situation.
How do you like the Lazio or other cuts?
I got a Lazio for an in person superday and it was great. They tailored it for me in the store and it was ready in 30 mins. Great service and overall I have been pretty happy with it
You can look up the differences in each line. But the Napoli is their most traditional design and will be most appropriate for a professional setting.
I certainly don't claim to be an expert on suits though. Just that some of their designs have double stitched pockets, single vents, soft shoulders, etc. that would look really out of place in the workplace.
