Rolex OP in my opinion. More of a classic design. Tudor makes great watches at a more affordable price point, but I never fell in love with the snow flake hand. The design of the OP seems so timeless to me.

Depends on the use-case. Huge watch guy and have a Milgauss + Sub but I'm not sure I'd go Rolex if it was going to be my only watch. Other brands present much more horological bang for buck...
