Starter Moonphase Watch
I am an analyst in AM. Not super into watches but want to start off with a nice one someday. I really like moonphase designs. Ideally something with a blue dial or strap cause I wear a lot of blue. Not something that will break the bank or get me clowned for wearing it, I make like 100k so don't want to spend more than 1-2 grand.
Based on the most helpful WSO content, here are some excellent moonphase watches that align with your budget and preferences:
Baume et Mercier Classima Moonphase (~$1000-$1500)
Frederique Constant Slimline Moonphase (~$2000)
Seiko Presage Moonphase (~$1000-$1500)
These options strike a balance between quality, design, and affordability, ensuring you get a timepiece that complements your style without overstepping your budget.

At that price point, look into Frederique Constant, Longines or Baume et Mercier
