Superday Suit Problem - Need 2 good suits - have one

I have a Superday next Friday. I just ruined my best suit (threw jacket off and landed on ashtray - burned big hole. Not my fault - naked woman on bed).

I'm now down to one good suit. I have a dinner Friday, and then a full superday the next day.

Should I wear the good (navy) suit to dinner on Friday to make a good first impression? Or should I save it for the interviews?

Second: If I wear the Navy suit on Saturday, can I wear an olive green suit to dinner? The olive one is a good suit, but I would never wear it to an interview due to the color. Could I get away with the olive at dinner?

Doubt anyone will notice the same suit, especially with a different shirt and tie.

However, considering your history of ruining suits, you may want to consider the olive suit for dinner, in case you spill something on yourself.
