Tailored Shirts for Men
Does anyone have good recommendations for tailored shirts for men? Most of my shirts have started wearing out or no longer fit from recent weight gain.
Looking for affordable yet still high quality if possible.
Maybe Nordstrom or Saks may have a tailor available for you. I hope that helps
Brooks brothers is a good bet - they have various fits/sizes, have seen some sales come back around on them too which helps cost wise. Nordstrom brand has some decent options as well.
Buy the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts when they have their 4 for $150 sale or whatever. Just load up. Get the classic cut. Then go to a local tailor and have them adjust ONE shirt to your liking. Should run you $10-$15. If they do a good job, then go back and take the rest of your shirts. Remember it's easier and usually cheaper to start with a larger size and tailor down than vice versa.
