Do firms still frown upon these types of things or are these now “acceptable” attire? I can’t imagine these being a factor in not choosing a candidate especially with the DEI policies firms have now but idk and certainly wouldn’t want to risk it even tho I rlly kinda want a sleeve.

I plan on getting my ears pierced but my group is chill and I really don't care what they think since I'm leaving next year. I'd keep a tat non-visible as it's more permanent and you never know what your next job thinks even if your current one is cool with it.
