What color tie goes with navy suit?

Almost anything, stay away from flashy colors and patterns and you should be good. I like solid forest green, reds patterned with other colors, violet, maroon, and pink with navy suits.

Note that you should opt to pair your tie to your shirt, not the suit. Pair shirt to suit, tie to shirt.

I'd recommend to choose the color of the tie according to the role and your personality not to select it to go well with the color of your suit.

An interview is a formal affair, and always necessitates black shoes. Preferably, lace up brogues.
