What is this style called?

I can't for the life of me remember what it's called when someone wears a shirt of a particular color and then a tie of a very near matching (but not quite) color, and both the shirt and tie are usually solid, not pattern. I know there's a name for it and I can't remember.

And before you reply with "OMG! Douche!!!!111!!!ELEVENTY!!!!" - I'm not suggesting that I want this or that it should even be worn. I just can't remember what's it's called and I'm sure one of you knows the answer.

BankMonkey21Color blocking?
No not quite - color blocking is more contrasting colors. This is more like the colors are very similar, very close matches and I know there's a name for it.
