Where do you guys buy dress shoes in London?
Need a new pair of dress shoes and looking for some recommendations.
I'm Italian and back home there are loads of smaller/artisanal shoemakers where you can get really good shoes without paying a massive brand premium. Struggling to find the equivalent in London.
Don't really fancy dropping £1.2k on John Lobb etc. Just looking for something around £300-400 that is actually well made, ideally from a smaller maker rather than paying for the brand.
Are there any good places like this in London/UK? Or is the answer basically Cheaney/Meermin?

I personally like Loake, has a decent range and good quality leather shoes in your budget.
The other option is a visit to Bicester Village where you can get designer brands like Church's or Todds for upto 50% off.
Loake very good quality. I would reccomend any brand that does Goodyear welt construction. I got loafers from Meermin which are also good
