WINTER: Is this kind of Suit OK for Trading Analyst in BB?

Starting as Analyst in BB in Trading FO in EUROPE (London)

Would it be ok to wear a grey/and blue flannel (thick) suit 3 months into the job during the week in WINTER? For example combined with a white shirt + tie. I am worried it could look too casual?
FYI I already possess formal navy suits etc, the grey flannel would be the most casual suit I would wear

Generally asked are shirts stripped in any other color than blue ok? For instance with v. light red/pink/ stripes?

thanks!

London is generally more conservative, but they're also into their fashion. I'm tempted to say the grey is a bit too casual, but: if you go with the wider lapel and more conservative shirt and tie pairings, then you could get away with it. As far as the shirts go, you could play with accents other than blue--taste, not trend, is the key.
