Advice Needed! First Job Decisions

Hello, this is my first post to WSO. I currently have offers for a private bank analyst with a large company and a management consulting position with a mid sized firm specializing in software for oil and gas companies. I hope to one day get into banking. The consulting job is offering a very large starting salary and I don't think there are too many opportunities to transfer internally within the private bank. I need help deciding what would be most effective to eventually get a job in IB. Thanks!
